After spending 3 years of painstaking follow up, a ton of cash (and off course a donor bike) Naveen and Nitin were left high and dry by a local custom builder. This got them stirred up about doing a custom build on their own. With a collective experience of 12 years in design, manufacturing and development in major OEMs, the duo started building a 'Zero Chop' with India Bike Week 2014 as a deadline. After a significant investment in state of the art equipment and six months of working weeknights and weekends (without any hired labour) their first creation "Shunya" was conceived with 90% in-house machining and fabrication. It was the crowd's over-whelming reaction at the India Bike Week for its low slung chopper styling that convinced the duo to shed their corporate 9 to 5 avatars and TNT Motorcycles was born on 1st March 2014.
These qualified engineers follow a highly technical build process of designed and rendering in a 3D software prior to building. This process also provides an opportunity for the project funder to have an actual 3D render of the final product with several graphic themes.
Design philosophy at TNT Motorcycles is "To create the Unknown". The objective is to create unique builds while keeping them rider friendly for day to day rides. They also offer several unique products like gel Saddles.
As for their favorite motorcycle to customize, the Harley-Davidson® Sportster 48 does it for these guys.
