This year at Harley Rock Riders, dazzled with jaw dropping sculptures in motion with our custom motorcycle builder competition, "Custom Champion". We brought together five extremely talented motorcycle customizers, namely, Eimor Customs, Godspeed Customs, TJ MOTO, TNT Motorcyles and Motomiu, from different corners of the country, who showcased their creativity and talent by tricking out actual Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. While all the customizers brought out great, souped up versions of various Harley-Davidson® models, there could only be one winner and in the end Japanese customizing legend Kaichiroh Kurosu of Cherry’s Company adjudged Tushar Jaitly’s (of TJ MOTO) customized Iron 883 aka Nadia as the eventual winner. Tushar, as winner of the competition, gets an all-expense paid trip to the Mecca of motorcycling, the Harley-Davidson® museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA and gets an opportunity to build a one of a kind motorcycle for Jameson Whiskey.
From Megadeth getting the throngs of moshing fans to throw those devil horns in the air, to the Wailers sing-alongs. From Scribe inviting other bands on stage for a mad, head rushing jam before completely taking the stage over, to the Find Your Freedom contest winners Celestial Teapot overcoming those performance jitters and owning the stage. The Custom Champions saw five gorgeously souped up Harleys vying for the Custom Champion crown while the folks from Anything Metal Works created a beautiful and gnarly installation that was a fan favourite at the festival. There was no shortage of highlight moments at this year’s Harley Rock Riders.
Season VI brought together rock music lovers with bikers in a way that only Harley Rock Riders can. Motorcycles, music and mayhem was the agenda and the agenda was met and how. Fans showed up in droves to catch some of the loudest and most talented bands in the country, not to mention legends Megadeth and The Wailers. So we would like to thank the fans for making this year’s Harley Rock Riders a roaring success with their passionate support. We hope to do a bigger, badder and louder Season VII next year.
